Working from an original drawing we re-designed the landscaping on this site of 23 apartments at Cottingham Road, Corby. A quotation was provided to the client who approved it and then submitted to the local authority for approval. We then began to source materials to be delivered to site. The landscaping was implemented within the time scale, working on a strict completion date prior to the properties being occupied. The development was 'Opened' by Phil Hope, Member of Parliament, on 1st September 2005.

Hill Farm, Northampton

Approached 1 year ago by an independent local builder to assist with the fencing, landscaping and maintenance of this development of 83 houses and apartments in Northampton. We overcame challenging obstacles working within the retaining walls, uneven ground and sloped gardens, sourcing and supplying all materials to site. An extreme timetable was put in place to ensure completion dates were adhered too.
