We are keen to recruit team leaders who have 2-3 years horticultural and landscaping experience. Essential skills include the ability to work under their own initiative, to motivate and manage a small team and to report to people at all levels. Communication skills are vital.

To work as part of a team either with experience or the enthusiasm and commitment to learn. Full training will be given.

Full driving licence is essential for all vacancies.
